Dear Valued Stakeholders,
As we enter the holiday season, we are excited to announce our annual Sun Fund Christmas Giving Campaign. For nearly four decades, Variety Village/Variety – the Children’s Charity of Ontario has hosted this crucial fundraising appeal. This year, with the support of our media partners, we aim to achieve a record-shattering goal of over $200,000, bringing our total raised since the campaign’s inception to over $2 million.
However, we face significant challenges this year. The ongoing Canada Post strike has halted mail delivery, threatening our ability to reach our community through our direct mail efforts. Many of our loyal supporters, especially those who prefer to engage via traditional mail, may not receive our messages in time. This could impact the children with disabilities and families who rely on our support during the holiday season.
Our campaign highlights the inspiring stories of children who benefit from our services, showcasing the success we’ve achieved together over the past year.
