There are Open and Masters divisions available. Athletes will race on a 5-lane\, 200m Beynon BSS 1000 Hobart Surface\, with pin spikes (6mm) allowed. Must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.\n4. Must be a permanent resident of Ontario as defined by the OWA membership policy.\n5. Must be at least 13 years old in 2024.\n6.
