DESCRIPTION:Variety Village is thrilled to welcome all competitors to Scarborough\, Ontario\, for the 2024 Canadian Junior Championships. Your commitment\, perseverance\, and enthusiasm have led you to this prestigious event\, and it’s our privilege to host you. \nRegistration is now closed for this event.\nNote: Event is subject to doping control \nNational Competition Participation Criteria Summary\nFor Athletes:\n1. Must have a 2024/2025 OWA Membership\n2. Need to be registered in the CCES National Athlete Pool (NAP) and meet all requirements\, including the Athlete Agreement\, by June 2\, 2024.\n3. Must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.\n4. Must be a permanent resident of Ontario as defined by the OWA membership policy.\n5. Must be at least 13 years old in 2024.\n6. Met all qualification standards. \nFor Coaches:\n1. Must be affiliated and in good standing with their PSO.\n2. Should not be under any suspension by WCH\, IWF\, or a CADP signatory.\nNeed to have NCCP Competition Development level certification or equivalent; provisional certification is acceptable if being evaluated for full certification during the competition.\n3. Development coaches require prior written consent from WCH and must operate under the supervision of a fully certified coach. \nAdditional Requirements for Coaches\, Team Leaders\, and Referees:\nComplete Respect in Sport certification by May 27\,2024.\nUndergo an Enhanced Background Check in line with WCH Screening Policy by May 27\,2024. \nREGULATIONS
