Strong Minds through Active Bodies
By Autism Ontario
Strong Minds Through Active Bodies is a free online course for physical activity students, professionals, and people supporting autistic youth and adults to access physical activity programs and spaces.
The course curriculum and the digital resource follow research and ideas shared in The Blueprint for Building Quality Participation in Sport for Children, Youth, and Adults with a Disability developed through the Canadian Disability Participation Project, as well as the A Blueprint for Building Quality Participation in Sport for Children and Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Moving on to Fitness
In collaboration with Unity Health Toronto
Are you looking to maintain your momentum following your discharge from rehabilitation but need help knowing where to start? Variety Village has partnered with Unity Health Toronto to offer a transition program to become more comfortable in improving your fitness in the community. This program is by referral from a therapist and is free to all participants. Participants are acquired thorough an intake process designed to ensure the right fit for the program.Program Details

The Academy for Student Athlete Development program is focused on removing barriers and creating equitable access for athletes looking to pursue aspirations for competitive and high performance sport.
Utilizing an innovative partnership-based framework, ASAD leverages nationally and globally recognized experts in the delivery of the program, ensuring optimal academic, athletic and psychosocial benefits for participating athletes.
